Parminder Nagra is on the market...

Alcatraz star Parminder Nagra has filed for divorce. The actress, also known from Bend It Like Beckham and E.R., is seeking to end her three-year marriage to photographer James Stenson.

The divorce papers cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakup. The couple dated for seven years before being married and have a two year-old son.
